The space The magnificent “Casa da Tapa 7” offers an ambience of history, tradition and cozyness like no other, embedded in historical town center, next to the “Chapel of the Lord” and bordering the local forest park. It is possible to track its existence at least to the beginning of the 17th century, when the house was owned by Pedro Machado, Captain of the Ordinance of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, clerk and notary of this county (according to a letter of 1624). The building retains its imposing and historical character, the passing of the centuries having brought changes and renovations, namely in 1963, but it has been modernised in 2012, namely installing fotovoltaic and sollar pannels the basis of a combined heating system, a key element of our environmental politicy.
