Our house is in the lovely suburb of Churchtown in south Dublin, just 5k from city centre. It has easy access to the city centre by bus /Luas/car or leisurely walk. We are 3 K from the villages of Dundrum, Rathfarnham, Teranure and Rathgar. The Glenside pup and restaurant is only 50 meters away. Dodder park offers nice walks along the river and is only 1 k away. We offer a comfortable double room with en-suite bathroom at the front of the house at ground level. No access to kitchen facilities. The space This is a room only let. There is no access to kitchen or laundry facilities. Guest access This is room only rate. There is no access to kitchen /laundry or garden facilities. There is free on street parking or a space in the driveway at guest’s own risk. During your stay There will be a member of the family available on the premises to answer questions. Other things to note There is no kitchen or laundry facilities. The room contains one double bed. There is tea making facilities in the room.
