The space Located in an exclusive and peaceful complex, the apartment is a short drive from Mahón yet feels like a private retreat. You’ll have access to a large shared swimming pool, beautifully maintained gardens, and several pathways that lead directly down to the ocean. Inside, the apartment is bright, airy and thoughtfully furnished. The open-plan living and dining area opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset drink while overlooking the pool and harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped and features ocean views from both windows - cooking has never felt more scenic! The local charming fishing harbour, Cales Fonts, is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment where you can enjoy sundown cocktails, tapas and walks along the water front. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, both with direct ocean views. The spacious master bedroom has its own private terrace and a cosy desk area if you need to catch up on work (or just enjoy the view). The apartment also features two modern bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning (including heated for the winter), ceiling fans, recently upgraded Wi-Fi (Nov 2025), and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.
