The comfortable L-shaped sofa in the living room can also be used for sleeping. ​ ​Kitchen: Equipped with an electric chulha (hot plate) for cooking. ​Note: Guests must bring their own cooking utensils, plates, and spoons. ​Drinking Water: An RO water purifier is available for fresh drinking water. ​Guest Access & Amenities ​Villa Access: Guests have full private access to Villa #196, including the outdoor open area and garden. ​Themed Streets: Enjoy access to all 3 themed streets: Greece, UK, and USA. ​Housekeeping: Daily cleaning service is included (once per day). ​Club House & Recreation ​Society Club House: Access to swimming pool, theater, toddler room, restaurant, and game zone. ​Fees: Applicable for guests above 3 years of age. ​First 5 Guests: ₹300 per guest per day. ​Large Groups (6th Guest Onwards): ₹500 per guest per day. (This includes ₹300 entry fee + ₹200 food coupon redeemable at the restaurant). ​Pool Rule: Swimming costumes are compulsory for entering the swimming pool. ​Procedure: Please inform the host at least 2 hours before check-in if you plan to access the Club House. ​Important House Rules & Notes 1:)​ID Proof: Valid government ID proof for all guests is mandatory at the time of check-in. 2:)​Security Deposit: A security deposit of ₹3,000 must be submitted online at check-in. It will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out. ​Photography Rules: ​Mobile phone photography is allowed. ​Strictly No Professional Cameras: Photography using DSLR or other professional cameras is strictly prohibited. ​Penalty: A fine of ₹10,000 will be charged by the club for violating this rule. ​Items to Bring: 1:)​Towels: Please bring your own towels. 2:)​Dining & Cooking: Please bring your own plates, spoons, paper dishes, and cooking vessels (Only the electric chulha is provided). ​General: 1:)​Please return all keys before checking out. 2:)​If you require more space for your stay, I can arrange this for an additional cost (please inquire in advance).
