A single room for the solo adventurer.

Welcome to my home which is peaceful, private & welcoming. It conveys style & personality. This is my home, so please expect some imperfections & signs of living. The house is located in a quiet residential area with 39 owner occupied homes. Located close to the Rose Hotel, Ballygarry Hotel & Ballyseede Castle.The Aquadome, Cinema, Tralee Wetlands, Tennis clubs & Siamsa Tire are just 10 minutes walk away. It's within close proximity to University Hospital Kerry, MTU & the Bons Secour Hospital . The space Bright, spacious first floor room available in a modern semi detached home. The rooms are located to the front of the property overlooking green fields and a local farm . There is a large green area and a safe car parking space. The bedrooms are located upstairs and guests have sole use of the main bathroom. There is a 2nd bedroom available/ listed here, so if you are in need of your own bathroom then my listing may not be the best for you. The single room is perfect for the solo adventurer , the lone traveller or short term workers. . It is best suited to guests who are out during the day & use the space primarily as a base. It is not suitable for guests who plan to spend long periods in the property by day as a social or remote working environment. It will suit guests who value independence, privacy & a calm, low key environment. Guest access You have access to the kitchen and contemporary garden where you can enjoy the outdoor living space that's if the Irish weather permits!!! During your stay Depending on my work schedule I hope to be on hand during your stay, just shout via text or email and I will do my best to help with local information and recommendations. I am available to facilitate your arrival. Late arrivals are not a problem, just let me know in advance. If you need to be collected or dropped off to the station etc just ask- if I can I will, though I ask that you cover my fuel costs. I like to try and be flexible to ensure your stay is a stress free one. Other things to note There is an outdoor small shed should you wish to store a bicycle or other small sports equipment. We do not allow any cooking for comfort of everyone, but you can access the kitchen for use of the kettle/ fridge/microwave and cupboard storage. No consumption of food in the bedroom , there is full access to the dining room for your convenience. We ask for quiet time after the hour of 10 pm.
