There is a large 42" TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and music centre. The kitchen is fabulous and well-equipped with a dining with views of the garden, an ideal space for the whole family to sit, dine, chat and enjoy. There is a second sitting room/playroom with books, games and 40" TV, which also has a good burning stove. Off the kitchen is a utility room plus a cloaks/WC. Leading from the kitchen is a west-facing terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining and a charming, enclosed garden with lawned area, that's a sun trap in the summer, and can be lit in the evening to enjoy dinner or a nightcap under the stars. First Floor To the first floor is a gorgeous, large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with fabulous double basin and a shower over the bath, WC and hand wash basin.
