Other things to note 🏡 Our house is a rental, not a hotel, so there is no daily cleaning service. If you want it, it is 500 baht per time. 🏡 The house is located in a quiet residential area, so please refrain from making loud noises at night so as not to disturb the neighbors. ⚠️ About the stay - Check-in 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm / Check-out before 12:00 pm - No more guests than the number stated at the time of booking are allowed. ⚠️ About the damage deposit - A security deposit of 1,500 baht will be collected on the day of check-in and refunded on the day of check-out after checking the property. - In the event of damage or breakage to property, compensation will be made according to the value of the property. ⚠️ About cleanliness and property maintenance - If you need to call the maid to clean, there is a charge of 500 baht per day. - Please use the furniture and appliances with care. - If anything is damaged, please let me know immediately. - Please dispose of garbage in the designated area. ⚠️ About noise and peace - Please refrain from making loud noise after 10 pm.
