No smoking inside the property, smoking is ONLY allowed in the balcony, an ashtray is provided for butts.(Do not dispose cigarette butts in the trash cans as it might burn the garbage bag) 2. No pets allowed 3. No parties 4. Parking is free for 2 hours only, overnight parking fee is Php 500 5. No outside visitors are allowed to stay overnight, Registered guests only. 6. If you want to throw the garbage, the garbage room is located at right side of unit once exiting out,door to the right dedicated for garbages 7.Please avoid heavily staining any items in the property we charge 500 Php or more depending on the damage or heavy stained. 8. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. 9.Please observe quite time after 10 PM. 10.Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you are not using it or when you leave the unit. 11.Please wash the dishes before you check-out. 12.The unit is equipped with digital door lock and keycode is based on the last 4 numbers of guest’s contact number. 13.Please do not put the cords of the induction cooker on the top after cooking to avoid melting the wire. 14. Inform us of any damages or lost items immediately.
