This includes the theater room with an Xbox One and Epson projector, as well as the game room featuring a dedicated workspace and various board games. Outdoors, you can enjoy the private backyard, complete with a trampoline, kids' play area, and a Char-Broil gas grill. Parking is available for 6 vehicles, with 3 spaces in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Please note the owner’s closet is locked and not accessible. Other things to note Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days. Please keep garage doors closed when outdoor temperatures are below 50 degrees to protect the home's systems. Please note the fire pit is unavailable to guests based on local compliance regulations.
