If you're a biking enthusiast and visiting Trinidad for the Rad Gravel, the Pony Xpress or just want to ride the scenic and challenging local gravel routes, we've got everything a rider could want including a work station with the tools you need for routine maintenance, a bike washing station, and secure indoor bike storage. The space We wecome you to our historic, but completely modernized, single family home. The property is easy walking distance from Trinidad State College and the shops, grocery store and restaurants in downtown Trinidad. Guests will enjoy the double living area with a fireplace and plenty of seating to watch the big game. The separate dining room seats 6 guests with additional seating at the large kitchen island. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals or snacks. you'll also appreciate the microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, the large filtered water dispenser with hot and cold water plus a pod coffee maker. The 1st floor bathroom with a large walk-in shower contains the washer/dryer. both bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and towels. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub and shower. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has 2 twin beds and is set up as a lounge area with a television. Linens and blankets are provided for all bedrooms The landing at the top of the stairs has a coffee bar that includes a keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Coffee pods, cream and sugar and snacks are provided. The large fenced backyard has a covered seating area with a firepit and a separate, covered eating area with a grill. The one-car garage provides an in-door space when the weather is bad. Special features designed especially for biking enthusiasts include a bike washing station in the backyard, and in the garage a work station equipped for bike maintenance and an area for bike storage. Whether you are biking, boating hiking in the area or just passing through, we offer everything your family and friends need for an enjoyable stay in Trinidad. Guest access The entire property is available to our guests. Other things to note The number of guests is limited to 6. No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house or garage. Smoking is allowed in the backyard, but all cigarette butts or other smoking/vaping materials/trash must be placed in the outside garbage bin provided. No pets are allowed on the property.
