Charming cottage located in a panoramic position about 4 km from Belluno with spectacular views of the valley and the Belluno Dolomites, from which it derives the name "Belvedere". The property, once used as a stable, has been recently renovated, combining tradition and modern design to provide all the comforts to guests who want to find tranquility and immerse themselves in a small green corner surrounded by nature. The space The property is spread over two floors, connected externally by a staircase, where we find on the ground floor: a kitchen, a French sofa bed and a bathroom, while on the first floor there is a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a third bed, with a private bathroom. Four-legged friends are welcome! Guest access Access is via a private road that leads to the parking area in front of the property. Other things to note The city of Belluno has imposed a tourist tax of €1.50/night per person to be paid upon arrival. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
