Welcome to our central apartment in Beira on the third floor with a large balcony and modern kitchen and bathroom. Here you live right next to Maquinino's big bazaar, where you will find everything from seafood, fish and vegetables, charcuterie to second hand sale of all kinds of things. Several restaurants are within walking distance as well as grocery stores. Beira's generous sandy beaches are only 15 min from the apartment with Shopella. You live comfortably, safe with a lovely feeling of the city's pulse. The space The apartment is renovated to European standard. There is an induction stove, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer and air conditioning. Maid is included in the price. Homemaker's working hours are Monday and Wednesday-Friday between 8-16. If you don't want the maid to be there or only work for an hour, that's fine. The house has a daytime guard. At night there are guards to nearby shops, they can guard your car for a small fee as well as wash it. The price is between 50-100 meticais per night. Guest access You will have the apartment all to yourself. Other things to note Electricity is included for about 1 week. Time may vary depending on how much one uses air conditioning. If air conditioning is on 24 hours / day, the electricity runs out faster. Electricity in addition to this pay the accommodation itself. Read in the house manual where to buy electricity, or leave money with Maria and she will buy it for you. During the daytime there is the hustle and bustle of the street outside. If you are sensitive to this, it is not the right place for you, but if you want to experience the genuine, it is really the place for you. There are a lot of vendors on the street and many therefore believe that it is unsafe to live there but it is the opposite of the hustle and bustle, unlike the crowds, gives you safety.
