Apartment No. 2 * Big Terrace * Sea View * Wifi *

Dear future guests, I am renting out three apartments in our house in Jantarny, which is located very close to the beach and has a wonderful sea view with sunset every evening. This apartment is aligned to the sea and garden site. And has a very big balkony with sea view. We have both apartments offered in Airbnb. The space The apartment is a Maisonette, so it's on two floors connected with stairs. On the upper floor, there is a big studio. We also have a similar apartment in the house, check it out! A two-level apartment of 100 sq.m with a large balcony overlooking the sea, with 1 separate bedroom and 3 beds on the attic floor. Guest access We have a big garden for all which can be used to make shashlik or to play football or badminton or volleyball... In the basement there is a small sauna which can be used on request. There are: a well-kept green lawn, fruit trees (cherry, alycha, apple trees) and shrubs with raspberries and currants that guests can pick and eat. There are also bicycles that all guests can use for free. The house has expensive water purification and softening equipment, so tap water is suitable for cooking. We buy drinking water in a vending machine at 4 rubles per liter near the nearest shop, 5 minutes away from the house in the courtyard of the neighborhood. Other things to note There are sometimes strong winds in the Baltic. Therefore, we advise guests to bring a hat with them even in summer, which will warm you up nicely after swimming. To go down to the beach, and they are the widest in the area, it is better to wear old comfortable shoes or slippers, since you need to walk to the sea on the sand, which can be very hot.
