"Our guest room Ritter offers a cozy double room with private bathroom, toilet and anteroom. The room is separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so you are undisturbed. In the adjacent apartment lives our dear and friendly cat Max - he does not have access to the room, but can be audible occasionally. Please note that no additional pets are allowed. The statutory local tax of €2.60 per person per night is already included in the total price. 😊 The space Please note that our property is exclusively for 2 adults. Due to the space, we cannot accommodate children or babies. Guest access Access is easy via a key box at the entrance. I will inform you of the code in good time before arrival. Located in Himberg with very good connections to Vienna (about 20 minutes to Vienna) and (about 20 minutes to Schwechat airport). Our wifi is available for free. No pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors. The guests have the room with bathroom for themselves, my husband and I live in the same house and are available for questions. Only for a maximum of 2 adults. No children or toddlers allowed (no baby crib).
