There are stairs leading down to the basement space. Other things to note The backyard is unfinished and not currently fenced in. House Rules: No smoking, vaping or any illegal drug use allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fine will be charged to the guest to remediate any smoke smells in the home. No parties, events, large gatherings, or uninvited guests allowed. Host permission is required to invite unregistered guests into the home. Please message us beforehand if you would like to invite guest(s) over. No pets allowed. No commercial photography or videography allowed in the home or on the property without host permission. Please do not leave children unattended in the home or on the property. Adult supervision must be present at all times. Please note: Any guest violations to these house rules will be subject to cancellation of remaining guest reservation and additional fees incurred.
