The space This recently built house has been carefully renovated to offer a warm and modern setting for your family getaways. Ideal for 10 people and able to accommodate up to 12 people, its 110 m² floor area is spread over three levels: - Ground floor: A cozy living room with a record player and Bluetooth speakers, a dining area overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC with utility room, and a garage. - 2nd floor: Three double bedrooms (two 160x200 cm beds and one 140x200 cm bed), two of which have private shower rooms, a TV lounge with a very comfortable sofa bed with a quick-opening mechanism, and a modern bathroom with toilet. - 2nd floor: A large bedroom ideal for children with four single beds (90 x 190 cm), as well as a bathroom with toilet open to the bedroom. All modern comforts at your disposal: - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle... Everything is ready for you! - Linens provided: Sheets, towels, dish towels, and beds made upon your arrival. - We provide some consumables for your arrival. You can easily restock if needed at the supermarket, which is a ten-minute walk away. - Entertainment included: Relax with Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, and have fun with the board games available for unforgettable family evenings. The TV lounge also features a Switch game console, puzzles and Disney-themed board games. Each double bedroom is equipped with a TV with Netflix and Disney+. - Baby equipment: For families, a travel crib (with mattress and sheet) and a high chair are available on request. You can travel by bus (bus stop 500 m away), then it takes 8 minutes to reach Disneyland and Marne la Vallée Chessy station (TGV and RER A station towards Paris). If you come by car, you can park 2 vehicles (1 in front of the house and the 2nd in the garage) and get to Disneyland in 8 minutes. We will provide you with a comprehensive digital welcome guide when you book, allowing you to move around easily and organize your stay in the best possible way. Other things to note The house is a townhouse located on a quiet residential street, so you will have neighbors ;) A noise detector is installed in the accommodation. Also, in order to respect the neighborhood, the police will be contacted as soon as party-type noise is observed. The reservation will be immediately cancelled in this case. So thank you for paying attention to the noise, especially in the evening. Check-in times are from 5pm to 11pm. Check-out departure time is BEFORE 10am. The house does not have PRM access. Our home is a villa in a residential area and is by no means a hotel. We do not offer any hotel services, and in particular, no cleaning or linen change during the stay.
