Bathrooms: • Bathroom 1 (middle level): Tub/shower combo • Bathroom 2 (upper level): Walk-in shower • Bathroom 3 (lower level): Walk-in shower Important Things to Note • Stairs: This is a multi-level cabin and steps are required. • WiFi/Cell Service: Due to the Sea Ranch/Gualala area’s remote setting, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 cars only; additional parking is available offsite. • Laundry: Washer/dryer located on the middle level in the hall bathroom area • Due to severe allergies this home is NOT PET FRIENDLY • Security Cameras: 1 security camera is installed on the property’s exterior and monitor outdoor/common areas only. They do not face any private interior spaces. This camera is a doorbell camera. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
