The Shire, themed around JRR Tolkien's Hobbit House, has a modern bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, which leads into a lounge/diner/bedroom with luxurious small double bed - all overlooking the private garden. Leather sofa with tv and fireplace. The interior is decorated with with Tolkien-related memorabilia amongst the old beams . All-in-all a comfortable, bijou place to escape the modern world for a while. The space The property is approached by a private driveway. Visitors have a designated parking space. The property is a unique Tolkienesque Hobbit House. Walk by the familiar circular door to the rear of the property to enter... a beautifully compact hallway greets you, with bathroom and kitchenette off, and to the right is a bijou studio-type living/dining/sleeping area, with a cosy fireplace and beamed ceiling. The room is decorated with Tolkien memorabilia for guests' enjoyment and a whimsical garden is also at guests' disposal. Guest access The entire property is at guests' disposal and the whimsical garden beyond the property gate is also for guests' enjoyment. Other things to note Given the unique nature of the property and whimsical garden, it is advisable to enquire whether it is suitable for very young children. We have a strict no smoking, no drugs ans no pets policy. Vaping allowed but only in the garden, vaping indoors sets of the alarms. Continental breakfast,Hot beverages Tea Coffee etc are all provided complimentary.
