Comprising three independent yet connected farmhouse apartments, the relais enjoys panoramic vineyard views and offers 7 bedrooms hosting up to 18 guests (or 16 adults). The property features three independent yet connected units, offering flexible accommodation for up to 18 people (maximum of 12 adults). It’s an ideal choice for families and friends who wish to stay together while still enjoying the comfort of their own private space "Maestà"- accommodates up to 8 guests (max. 6 adults): Located on the upper floor (stairs up from the entrance), Maestà welcomes you with a grand Piedmontese-style vaulted ceiling living room. The fully equipped kitchen adds a touch of modern Italian design, while the three stylishly furnished bedrooms offer comfort and rest. On the ground floor (piano terra), there is a fourth bedroom, more accessible and perfect for older guests. A beautifully designed bathroom is located upstairs, with additional toilet facilities downstairs. "Incanto" - accommodates up to 6 guests (max. 4 adults): Spread across two levels, Incanto combines spacious rooms with direct access to the garden. In the lower floor you'll find a spectacular Piedmontese-style vaulted ceiling in the living room, a modern kitchen and guest toilet. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and a sofa bed (for 2 children), one with a queen-size bed; as well as a refined cozy bathroom. 'Serena" - accommodates up to 4 guests (max. 2 adults): Spread across two levels, in the first floor Serena features a charming living room and fully equipped kitchen. A round staircase leads up to a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a smaller room with a sofa bed, and a stylish bathroom. The beautiful gardens, charming seating areas, and shimmering infinity pool are shared spaces, designed for all guests to relax and enjoy together. For smaller families, couples, and solo travelers: from December to March, the three independent units — Maestà, Incanto, and Serena — can also be booked separately. Guest access Our dedicated Villa Manager, Ms. Maia, will personally welcome you upon arrival. If you’re arriving after 22:00, no worries — we’ll leave the keys for you in the on-site key safe, and Maia will be happy to meet you the following morning. She will walk you through everything you need to know about the villa, from indoor comforts to the garden, pool, and outdoor areas — ensuring you feel completely at home. In accordance with Italian law, guests must be registered with their passports. EU/EEA/Swiss nationalities can register also with their national ID. Maia will handle this during check-in and will also collect the small city tax applicable to your stay. We provide top-tier high-speed Wi-Fi, available not only indoors but also throughout the garden and by the pool.
