The space A charming and rustic farmhouse, renovated to offer a modern kitchen and contemporary on-suite bathrooms, but where all living spaces and bedrooms feature original brick walls and wooden ceilings, creating a warm and distinctive setting for unique stays. Here, luxury is not about opulent finishes, but about calm, privacy, and space — space to gather, to host, to enjoy unhurried moments together. Designed for adults who appreciate both connection and retreat, the house balances generous social areas with private corners. At entrance level, a vaulted brick bar welcomes you to the right — an intimate setting for aperitivo, conversation and long evenings. Opposite, a double-height living and dining space unfolds beneath exposed beams and a suspended chandelier. A double-sided fireplace links the rooms, bringing warmth and continuity in cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — whether three couples are preparing dinner together or one couple is hosting friends over time. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Naturally cool in summer and quiet year-round, they provide privacy after the openness of the main living spaces above. An additional guest WC is available on the entrance floor. The pool sits 150 meters away on the opposite edge of the plateau. Reached by a short walk across open land, it is intentionally separate from the house — allowing life at the water and life on the terrace to unfold independently. Terraces surround the house, offering both sun and shade throughout the day. The setting lends itself to shared meals, late conversations, and slow mornings. This is a property for adults and adults only. To enjoy the evenings with a drink in hand watching the sunset or around the fireplace. The pool, strategically placed 120 meters away from the house, on top of the hill is a place of relaxation and contemplation. The property is not suitable for toddlers, kids or even teens. We prefer our guests to be on their 40's.or above but we welcome young responsible adults from 26 years old onwards. No guests under the age of 26 are admitted. Guest access The house sits on top of a hill, at the heart of a 10-acre estate offering complete privacy. From here, you look out across vineyards, wooded slopes and the rolling hills of Monferrato. To arrive, you leave the village road and follow a fully paved private road 800 meters uphill. A gate framed by cypresses opens onto the estate, and the house welcomes you a further 300 meters inside, at the end of a gravel road resting along the ridge, with open views on both sides. By the time you reach the terrace, the horizon is yours and the rest of the world feels far away. Other things to note Guests under the age of 27 will not be admitted, regardless of having a confirmed reservation. No refunds will be done for reservations cancelled because of age non compliance.
