The space PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING Minutes to nearby Lake Mead and Grand Canyon West- home of the Grand Canyon Sky Walk. Two hours to fabulous Las Vegas. Approximately forty-five minutes to historic Kingman, Arizona. The Grand Canyon Caverns are the largest dry caverns in the United States, ***OFF GRID GLAMPLING *** **Queen size bed and trundle bed with a twin bed -This is complete glamping experience, we offer a battery powered with solar panels, to provide phone charging, fan and a portable light. Please note that the battery is complementary and if the battery die, we will not provide refunds, you can see the battery charge level to mediate the usage of the energy. You must be careful with the energy you’re using. No hairdryers, toasters, and high wattage appliances, no electric heaters ***BATHROOM*** -We provide a glamping public bathroom that it is shared with the campground, and it is walkable distance, we provide a flashlight; to walk at night, bathroom comes with toilet and a glamping shower to refresh. ***The roads that lead to Tiny Home are dirt roads and can get muddy in rain or snow. AWD vehicles are recommended, but any truck or SUV should be able to handle it. Cars can handle it slowly, but there’s a chance of getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks are expensive. We do not offer any towing service. Lastly, it can get very cold in the winter. Freezing cold! Please pack accordingly. Before you stay, be sure to look up the weather in Valle, Arizona. Please pack extra warm clothing (thermals and long johns) to keep warm. Refunds will NOT be issued because it’s cold out. We have no control over the weather and want to be upfront with this from the beginning. We've provided several cozy blankets. We've personally stayed in a tiny home a snowy night and did just fine! But if you're really sensitive to the cold weather, this may not be the place for you during the winter. It's very important for us to be upfront with all of this, as we do not want to be dinged in our reviews for things out of our control.
