Bedroom 1 in Quaint Rustic Home (Blue Key)

This quaint rustic home is less than 15 minutes from the city in a quiet neighborhood. Bedroom is private! Bathroom is shared amongst guests only. Living space is shared with me and my dog. Must be okay with dogs! Free parking on the driveway. Exercise caution when leaving the driveway, neighbors park across the street. Both highways: 279 and 65 are easily accessible providing easy access to anywhere around the city of Pittsburgh. This is my primary residence so please treat it as your own. The space 1 private bedroom with a lockable door, 1 full bathroom (shared amongst guests), a full shared kitchen, shared dining room, shared living room, private driveway for parking (I will use the detached garage or the street depending on how many cars you bring), shared front and back porch, shared backyard with patio and fire pit (wood not provided). I will spend most of my time in the attic, basement, my bedroom, or outside of the shared areas. I will be using the kitchen and dining room some of the time. ***There are two rooms for rent, this is Bedroom 1 only. The bathroom is shared amongst guests. If nobody books Bedroom 2 during your stay, the bathroom will be private just for you! (I have my own) Guest access Entry through the front door at keypad keyless entry. Code will be provided by messaging on date of reservation prior to check in time. All areas accessible are unlocked. Please do not tamper or attempt to open locked doors as this is my primary residence so some areas are blocked from guest use. I will attempt to keep my personal bedroom, attic, and basement doors locked at all times, if found to be unlocked - do not enter. The kitchen, private bathroom, dining room, living room, driveway, back yard with patio and fire pit (wood not included) are available for guest use During your stay I will always be reachable through messages on the app. I will be available in person most of the time, but I will come to you if needed, so please message me on the app if you need anything! (I have my own) Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. Early check-in fee from 1 PM until 2 PM: $30 Early check-in fee from 2 PM until 4 PM: $10 Late Check-Out Policy I kindly ask all guests to adhere to the check-out time as I am unable to accommodate late check-outs. This allows sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guests and maintain high standards of cleanliness and readiness. Guests who stay beyond the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $50 per hour. This charge helps offset the disruption to the cleaning schedule, ensuring the property is ready and welcoming for incoming guests. This bedroom is equipped with accommodations for up to 2 total guests. Unauthorized guests are not permitted and will incur a fee of $15 per additional person per night of the entire stay (only if exceeding 2 people) FOR CLARIFICATION...2 guests sleeping in the same bed per room max. There is a strict no pet policy. Unapproved animals in the home will result in a $200 fee plus potential cleaning fees. There is also a strict no smoking policy in my home. If any trace of smoke of any substance in the house is found, a minimum of $100 will be charged for cleaning and deodorizing the home. The bedroom will have a key with a blue lanyard inserted in the key hole of the door. Your door can be locked/opened with the key from either side of the door. Use these doors delicately as they are antique. ***Please do not lose the key as there is a $20 fee for each replacement key.*** Please do your best to clean up spills and messes. Cleaning supplies are provided so the house is expected to be left in reasonable shape. Please message me for help cleaning if needed! If excessive messes or cleaning needs outside of the ordinary are required, a fee of $30 per hour will be charged to you. Thank you for your help in keeping my home beautiful for everyone. WiFi is available and details will be provided on day of check in prior to check in time. Smart TV has access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, and Prime video. Please treat my home as your own, this is my primary residence. Nothing within the home is to leave the premises. Please note: I own a dog so consider this if allergies are a concern. The property is extensively cleaned and has an air purifier running at all times. The owner and the dog will be on the property during your stay as this is a shared living space.
