This comfortable & spacious place will make for the perfect escape for 2. It is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and Mill Creek Park Hike and Bike trails. This place features a full kitchen, a cozy living-room nook to sit and drink your morning coffee while relaxing and looking out the window, wireless phone chargers in the bedroom nightstands, off street parking for 2 vehicles, & a King sized bed so that you and yours have plenty of space to be comfortable at night. Free WiFi. Please 🚭 The space Please note that there are three flights of stairs, and this apartment is on the top floor. There is a space heater/electric fireplace in the living room, which could be of concern if you have small children. There is no central AC. But there will be at least one window air-conditioning unit during the summer months. There are also long term tenants staying across the hallway on the opposite side of the building. Please be kind and considerate to all, and please, no smoking in the building. There is a cigarette butt disposal container outside the back of the building, by the concrete stairs, as you step out onto the back parking lot. There are large toters for all trash (except for cigarette butts with potentially hot ash), located inside the carport on the far left side. Guest access Guests will have access to the front and back stairways, and access to apartment number 6 itself. Guests will be able to access the apartment/Airbnb, via key code on the door at the front of the building, in the front stairway, on the top floor. Guests will also have free parking access to the front parking lot of the building, which is located in the front of the building of course, closest to Southern Blvd. Other things to note Businesses are not to be run out of the Airbnb, especially businesses that involve cooking and then selling food. If there is an excessively strong or offensive food smell in the apartment that could interfere with someone’s allergies after your checkout (such as a strong seafood smell that causes the next guest to cancel their reservation for example) or if the Airbnb smells of smoke or cigarettes after your checkout, you will be charged a $500-$1000 cleaning fee, depending on what it cost to get rid of the smell or food mess. Also, due to allergies, no pets are allowed on site (unless the animal is an ESA or a service animal). If any excessive mess is left behind, you may be subjected to those same cleaning fees as well. Please wash any dirty dishes, cups, pots, pans etc before checking out.
