Welcome to a charming accommodation in a wing house, only 20 km south of lovely Kalmar (21 km to the city center). The wing with anno from 1858 has a well-equipped kitchen in 50s style, dining room/living room, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed and bathroom with bathtub/shower. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two. Child-friendly garden. 3 km to the beach in Vita Sand. The space The cottage consists of a small, well-equipped kitchen in the 50s style. In addition to amenities such as coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster, there is basic equipment such as stove/oven, fridge/freezer and all other equipment to cook a good dinner at home. The kitchen was renovated in the winter of 2022, but the charm of the 50s kitchen remains. The bedroom consists of two single beds, a bunk bed and a small chest of drawers. The dining room/living room consists of two parts. A dining area with a large table that seats six people. A lounge area that accommodates two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two. In this part, there is also a wall-mounted TV with a digital box. The bathroom consists of a toilet and combined bathtub and shower. Outside, there is a private patio with outdoor furniture and access to a private barbecue (coal not included). Otherwise, there are some games and toys inside. Outside, you are welcome to enjoy our playground consisting of a swing, slide and sandbox. Lots of room to run around as a little one with ants in the legs. Parking is only on our barn yard and provides space for several cars or larger vehicles/trailers. On the rest of the property, vehicles are not allowed due to the safety of small children and cats.
