The house is like a movie set and is located within Feiticeira Beach, facing the sea, with its feet in the sand, in the quietest part of the beach. Inside a super safe, very nice, high-end condominium with a great neighborhood. All rooms face the sea, as well as the kitchen and large living room separated from the balcony by glass that gives a full view of the garden, ocean and mainland mountains. Between October and March the sunset is over the sea. The space The house is perfect for a family with children. You don't even want to leave because everything is integrated: balcony with dining table, barbecue, lawn with games and the wonderful Praia da Feiticeira right out front. It's also very nice when two families rent the house together. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire property, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, support areas (laundry, etc.). We have a small attached house where you can host employees if you want to bring them, it is very spacious, with a bathroom and shower and can accommodate 2 people comfortably, as well as a place to store family equipment.
