Location is crucial when visiting a city like Porto, and our Flowerstreet54 flats couldn't be more central. Metro and train stations are just 300m away. "Rua das Flores" street near Ribeira is filled with beautiful buildings, street artists, and fantastic stores. Clérigos Tower, Lello bookstore, Bolsa Palace, and many others are all close. The Building Flowerstreet54 Flats has been completely rebuilt, and in order to maintain its original architecture, the Culture Department of Portugal imposed this requirement. Romantic flat located right in the center of Oporto (part of UNESCO World Heritage area), where you can walk to all the places you want to visit. Many of the city's attractions are very close to it. Due to its important role in Porto's history, "Rua das Flores" Street has more foreign people visiting it during the day than local people. It's a place you cannot miss visiting. But why not stay on it for some days instead? This self-catering unit is carefully furnished and features hardwood floors. This well-sized and comfortable apartment is for two people but it can handle 1 more in the living room. It has one bedroom with one queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a living room completely furnished. Clean bath towels, Linen, and tableware are included and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, and kettle, and all you need to prepare your own meals. Please note that this apartment is located on one of the most important streets in Porto. As a result, many people are drawn to visit this beautiful area. It often features street performers who play music — and sometimes noise — during the afternoon, with some continuing until midnight, despite local laws prohibiting noise after 22:00. To improve sound insulation, we have installed double-glazed windows. However, if the windows are left open, music and street noise will enter. If you like to sleep with the windows open, and you are a light sleeper, this apartment may not be the best choice for you. On the other hand, if you enjoy vibrant surroundings and a lively atmosphere, you are very welcome to stay here. Guest access The apartment is completely for you. We have 4 apartments in the Flowerstreet54 building, but there are no shared áreas besides the building stairs. Other things to note It is included in the price: sheets and bath towels, kitchen essentials, and cleaning at the end of the stay. Wireless internet is also included. The baby Cot has an additional price of €8 per night if requested. Late check-in is acceptable until 02:00 a.m. (via self-check-in). Late check-out is possible if we don't have new guests on the same day. If the booking is for 2 people, we will not supply any bedlinen for the sofa-bed as we will take into consideration that it is a couple. If you pretend to use the sofa bed, you will have to tell us in advance and we will have to charge an extra 8€ per night for the use of it. Registration Details 40525/AL
