We are centrally located between New Paltz, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie for shopping. And drive to New Paltz to the quaint college town, with shopping, great local restaurants and coffee/tea shops galore. If you want to go hiking, visit Mohonk, Gertrude's nose, and rail trails for beautiful scenery. HOT WATER IS INCLUDED! The space there is one bedroom with a comfy queen bed, and the living room has a queen pull out sofa. it will be made for guests, with extra pillows and bedding in the bedroom Guest access there is a grill and and rocker off the deck, with a nice view of the pond and fountain. watch the chickens play and roam around the property. Other things to note THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR ON THE PROPERTY!
