Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire holiday home and garden during their stay. • This holiday home shares a driveway with our main house, which is also on the same grounds, please note that the gardens outside the enclosed private garden are not accessible to guests. Parking spaces are available for your use. Please drive slowly when entering and leaving, as children may be playing nearby. 🔐 Self Check-In & Key Lockbox Check-in is contactless and flexible. • You’ll receive a unique key lockbox code on the morning of your arrival. • The lockbox is located beside the front door • Simply enter the code to collect your keys and let yourself in anytime after 3:00pm. 🚫 Areas Off-Limits To keep things tidy and secure, we ask guests to kindly note: • One storage cupboard/utility area is locked and not for guest use. • The attic space is not accessible for safety reasons. Everything else is yours to enjoy. 😊 Other things to note We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To help keep things comfortable for everyone including our neighbours, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple house rules: • No parties or events – this is a peaceful, residential area • Quiet hours from 11.00 PM to 8:00 AM • No smoking inside the home • No pets (unless previously agreed) • Please check out on time so we can prepare for the next guests • Treat the home with care ❤️ and we very much appreciate that you leave it as you found it • Children are very very welcome, but please supervise them, especially in the garden and on the shared driveway.
