On the other side, the formal living room invites you to relax in cozy, oversized reading chairs or use one of the two small writing desks. The formal living room flows seamlessly into the family room, which offers seating for six with a couch, loveseat, and chair, plus a large smart TV and a gas fireplace. A large sliding glass door opens to the backyard, where 80–100-year-old oak trees and lush landscaping create a serene, picturesque view.
