The space The main house has a screened in porch, a living/dining area, a bathroom, a kitchen, a small kitchen nook, and two bedrooms: one with two twins, and the other with a queen. Steps down from the deck is an outdoor shower, a sauna custom built in 2025, and the master bedroom additional dwelling unit with a full bath. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property including the main house, ADU, screened porch, outdoor shower, custom sauna, and all outdoor spaces. Complimentary surfboards available for guest use. The property is fully private with no shared spaces.
