The Captain Carriage House's prime location is one of its biggest perks -- only a 15-20 minute walk to the Bellport LIRR station and less than 2 hours by train to Manhattan (Penn Station or Grand Central), making this cozy Bellport cottage the perfect city escape! - Driving? Just 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Manhattan by car. - Parking for 2 cars in a private driveway. Please note that there is no overnight parking on the street, and any vehicles left overnight will be ticketed. Cleaning, Housekeeping & Pets: - Our cherished housekeeping team knows every corner of the cottage and takes great pride in ensuring the historic Captain's Carriage House is spotless and ready for your arrival. - Should you need additional cleaning services during your stay (daily, laundry, or otherwise), we are happy to coordinate ✨ - Small dogs are welcome with prior approval, as well as an additional cleaning fee and deposit. We appreciate your care in leaving the house reasonably clean; any extra cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit. General Rules: - Please follow our house rules, including check-in after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM, no parties or events, and no smoking. - Please help us care for the home by turning off lights, air conditioning, and heat when not in use. Injury or Liability for Loss: - For safety, please note that while The Captain's Carriage House is an entirely separate guest cottage with a private entrance, the pool associated with the property's main estate is unfenced; therefore, in advance of booking, we advise that this cottage rental requires constant supervision for children. - Bellport Lane Properties, LLC accepts no liability for loss or injury."
