Come get your grove back at our relaxing Oceanblock condo A short 1 minute walk will have your toes in the sand as you relax on the beach. Or, chill out on our huge deck, with ocean and panoramic Oc views. We have super comfortable Polywood furniture on the deck, plus an umbrella if you prefer some shade Inside, you will find a relaxing space. Comfortable sectional sofa/queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a King bed Pets are welcome with prior approval- just send us a mesage to discuss The space Our cozy home has everything you need for a comfortable getaway to the beach The living room features an oversized sectional sofa that concerts to a queen bed. 65 in HDTV with cable TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to create family meals. Full size fridge, freezer with ice maker. Drip coffee and Keurig machine. Air fryer, blender, microwave, Dishwasher, stove/oven. Breakfast bar with seating for 4. The bedroom has a super comfortable king bed and lots of p I llows! 32 in smart TV. Ceiling fan, large closet Full bathroom with bathtub / shower combo Washer/dryer in the unit We have laminate floors thru out the condo for easy cleaning We provide 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, amd a boogie board Off street parking for 1 car. Additional cars can park on the street for free. Finally, on the huge open deck (space is shared) our guests have 2 choices for relaxing. First, a large Polywood surfboard shaped table with seating for 4. You can enjoy views of the ocean from the deck. Second is a smaller Pokywood surfboard table with 2 stools. This table is located under the roof overhang for shade. There is a Blink video doorbell at the front door facing the shared deck. Guest access Smart digital lock with unique custom code for all guest. No keys! Other things to note Guests must sign the Lodging agreement within 48 hours of reservation or we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. The booking guest must be present for check in. Pets are case by case with prior written approval. A pet fee of $100 per pet will apply for approved pets. These are both condos association rules for guests We will consider renting to young adults- please message before booking so we can discuss our expectations and proper behavior.
