Other things to note Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £100 which is charged separately as a pre-authorisation charge which will show as pending on your bank account and released automatically after departure. It would only be charged if any damages were caused to the property by guests or if any terms and conditions were breached. However contact would be made to guests before a charge is made. A government-issued ID is required for security and verification purposes. However, if you already have a verified Airbnb profile, this is usually sufficient, and no further ID upload is needed.
