A very quiet, large freshly renovated independent basement family apartment with own kitchen and own large bathroom. It is accessible by the separate outside staircase from the garden site. It is a part of the detached house occupied by the two owners with 9 outdoor cats and 1 friendly female dog. The house is on the quiet side street in the village of Chorherrn, 5 km from Tulln an der Donau with a private free parking on site & optional cont. or hot eggs breakfast (€10 p/p). Veg/vegan options. The space The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom with a super king size bed and two single beds and sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern cooking facilities, including a filter coffee machine, bread toaster, large fridge/freezer and a microwave, as well as tea, coffee & basic spices. The modern bathroom has a large bathtub, shower and a bidet. Shower toiletries and towels are provided free of charge. Guest access Our guests have access to the garden with their own dedicated garden seats, as well as separate table and chairs for outside sitting or eating. Smoking is permitted only in the garden. Other things to note The apartment is a part of the detached house occupied by a couple living with 7 lovely outdoor cats and 1 friendly dog. Your pets are very welcome to stay and are free of charge. However, dogs that do not tolerate cats or other dogs have to be restricted and on the leash when outside the house all the time, otherwise they cannot stay at the property. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring your pet. The immediate area is really great for walking with your dog or a cat. :-)
