Welcome to the lovingly furnished, manageable, family-friendly apartment in the beautiful holiday region in Steinach. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation - day and night. Located at 1050 m, we offer a variety of opportunities to do sports in summer and winter. Our apartment is the ideal base for active and relaxing holidays. Pack your bags and experience Tyrol at its best! The space The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house with a separate entrance. I myself live with my family in the main house, where you can reach me if necessary. The wardrobe, established as a room divider, offers space for jackets, ski suits and shoes. And there you are already in the middle of the apartment. The apartment has a cozy and modernly equipped kitchen-living room with a seating area for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. (For the first coffee, capsules are provided as a welcome gift). Furthermore, the apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), slatted frame with solid pine plates and a relaxing latex mattress. The kitchen-living room offers an expandable sofa (140 x 200) for a booking of 3-4 people. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. Linens and towels are provided per person 1 x per stay. For stays longer than 7 days, fresh towels will be provided. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house, with outside access via the stairs. The driveway offers up to 2 parking spaces for guests on the private property, right in front of the house. A garage space can be rented on request. Other things to note Our apartment in Steinach is the ideal base for active and relaxing holidays. Whether you want to enjoy the impressive nature, look for sporting adventures or just relax – in the region around Steinach you will find numerous possibilities. From beautiful hikes in the mountains, skiing, cross-country skiing to climbing and mountain biking. The property is about 1 km from the center of town. Fresh bread for breakfast and small errands are wonderfully done on foot (10 minutes to the village). The apartment is located near the train station (10 minutes' walk) and near the forest (5 minutes' walk). You will receive your personal guest card from us upon your arrival. The Wipptal Card, as the guest card is also called, is part of the registration form that you fill out upon arrival. With this Wipptal Card, you can enjoy some unique offers of free services and discounts both in summer and winter during your entire stay with us in the region, such as a ticket for all local trains on the Innsbruck – Brenner S-Bahn line as well as public buses, 50% discount on single tickets for the Bergeralm mountain railway, 20% discount on e-bike rental at WippRad in Steinach and much more. Ski resort in the village: Ski and leisure arena Bergeralm Nearest ski rental: Sport Messner at the valley station of the Berger Alm, distance 1.1 km 
Meanwhile, almost all ski resorts have a ski rental. For organizational and practical reasons, it is therefore advisable to rent the ski equipment in the region where you also intend to go skiing or book ski lessons. 
Then you can bring it back directly there on the last day of skiing.
