The space ROOM 2 - The private room features a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and fresh linen and towels. The host and family live upstairs, offering guests privacy while remaining available if needed. Please note: as the family lives upstairs, you may hear some light movement or walking at times. Air conditioning is available during the summer months. Heating is not provided during winter. Also - Other room may be occupied by another guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the downstairs area, where both Room 1 and Room 2 are set up as Airbnb guest rooms. This space is reserved for guests only. Guest will have their own private room, shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge with other Airbnb guests. Other things to note 1. Free street parking is available; however, There is no on-site parking provided. 2. A replacement fee of $80 will apply for any lost keys. 3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. and will be charged. 4. Bedding may vary between stays, with all linens freshly cleaned after each guest. 5. For long stay - Room cleaning is available upon request. Shared and common areas are regularly cleaned between stays to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment. 6. Please note that the property is not fully fenced, and we do not provide extra beds, cots, cribs, or other baby equipment. Guests are responsible for supervising their children at all times please.
