Welcome to The Grandview Retreat at the Baw Baw River Retreat, a private three-bedroom escape overlooking the Toorongo River and surrounding valley. Enjoy a peaceful farmstay with riverside views, a wraparound balcony, friendly animals, cosy winter nights, and easy access to Mt Baw Baw snow adventures — with Mt Baw Baw Village approximately 1 hour away. The retreat is fully self-contained with its own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces. The space Designed for relaxed, comfortable stays. Inside, enjoy a cosy living area with fireplace, treetop and valley views through large windows, and a well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom features plush bedding, air conditioning, and its own smart TV. Step outside to enjoy outdoor seating, riverside areas, and access to the spa zone with hydrotherapy recliners. Set within the Riverside Sanctuary at the Baw Baw River Retreat, you’re just minutes from Toorongo Falls, bushwalks, and the iconic Noojee Pub. Guest access Guests have full use of the upper level of the Riverside Sanctuary, including the kitchen, living areas, bathroom, and two private balconies. Outside, you’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating areas and spa zone, with designated paths to safely view the farm animals. The lower-level retreat and all farm work areas remain private. Other things to note Please note that outdoor areas are natural and may include uneven ground, soft soil or slippery surfaces, so please watch your step. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near the riverbank. Our animals can be viewed safely from marked areas, and guests may fill the feeding trough, but hand-feeding or entering animal enclosures isn’t permitted. The property includes a second, separate accommodation (Riverside Retreat) located on the lower level. While each retreat has its own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces, you may see other guests in shared outdoor areas such as the animal interaction zone and river access. Each retreat also has its own dedicated outdoor areas, with the spa zone reserved exclusively for Grandview guests.
