Our huge, oversized pool and Jacuzzi has just been completely renovated with new cement plaster and all new pumps, filters and motors. Pool And Jacuzzi Heat is fee optional. Combination of pool and Jacuzzi heating is $399 per day. This is a very large, oversized pool, thus the reason for the high price of heating. For a less expensive option we recommend to heat the jacuzzi only. Jacuzzi heat without the Pool heat is only $79 per day. HUGE: In ground 10 Man Jacuzzi Heating of the pool must be agreed upon at time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival for adequate heating time. Our pools are professionally cleaned every Thursday. Other things to note We DO NOT support party houses; our properties are family oriented for respectful like-minded Adults. Please be advised; for any type of event with additional people that will be held at the home there will be a separate charge for an event gathering Fee: Such as weddings, birthdays, corporate meetings, holiday events, celebrations, etc. Rates may be higher during weekends, holidays, Conventions and special events. Arrangements for special events would need to be discussed on a case by case basis. All weekend bookings require a three-night minimum. Fee: $69 per person per night after 10 people.
