Pet Rules (while we love all fur babies, the hotel does observe the following rules): - Small to medium sized (20lbs or less) dogs only - Max 2 allowed - Please note that the following breeds and are not allowed by the resort and may face an eviction: PitBill, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrid, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Siberian Husky and Chow Chow. - Security Deposit: We hold a $300 refundable deposit (charged 2 days before arrival, released within 3 days after departure) rather than charging an upfront pet fee. This way, you're only charged if there's actual damage. See smoking policy for designated smoke areas. Smoking in the condo will result in the loss of your security deposit. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are observed after 10:30 PM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Respect the Property - Please treat the condo as you would your own home. Take care of the furnishings and amenities, and help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for future guests.
