Welcome to Beverly Hills... Baltimore’s best-kept secret! A low-key foodie neighborhood lined with indie businesses and legendary coffee shops. And steps from it all is your spacious, completely private studio retreat with everything you need to feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of. You'll have your own space (including kitchen & laundry) but anything you need is just a phone call away. You have your own dedicated high speed WiFi service and a nice dining table/desk to work from. Please note: NO smoking allowed on the property, inside or out. If you do want to smoke cigarettes or anything else, please just take a walk around the neighborhood, but remember to bring your butts back with you to toss in the trashcan. You must be able to navigate stairs as this is a basement unit of our home! We are an inclusive property, and no intolerance or hate will be welcome here. Let's all just be a bit more kind!
