We have provided you with all the essential items that you will need in order to have a great stay. Includes a kitchenette with a compact fridge/freezer, bar fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, airfryer, Coffee Machine, Tea Kettle. We have provided some spices as well as tea bags, coffee pods and sugar. Sleep well in the luxurious queen size bed and bedding. Enjoy the soaker tub and shower equipped with shampoo and conditioner dispenser, hair dryer and towels. Guest access Guest Access is through your private door on the West Side of the house. Other things to note No unregistered guests allowed. No outdoor patio space. Garbage to be removed daily and placed in the black bin by the garage side door. Access to the garage side door is on the East side of the house. Max 2 guests. Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. The cleaning fee included, is to cover the cost of the clean up after you check out to prepare for the next guest. Daily housekeeping is not included. If excessive cleaning is required at checkout, there may be additional fees that may apply. Cleaning supplies will be provided and For long-term stays (more than 14 day) there will Be a separate cleaning fee charged $100/cleaning every two-weeks. You may login to the smart TV using your Netflix account or Amazon prime. There is no laundry machine. For long-term stays (more than 14 day), Use local laundromat or $50 per load once a week. Living room - 3 Seater Couch turns into a Twin/Queen Bed. Up to 2 overnight guests will have to register and there will be a separate fee of $50/guest. Request to stay longer than 30 days.
