The building has been finished in 2025 and is therefore in a very good condition. The apartment offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is private, but accessible from the hallway, so not connected with the apartment. The accommodation is located in a quiet area but has excellent public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center. There is a free parking lot not too far away and also a lake where you can swim for free.
