Access is via a fairly steep internal staircase, characteristic of historic villages, equipped with a secure handrail and dedicated LED lighting. ☀️ LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN The living area is bright and airy, with views over the green valley all the way to the sea. The modern and functional kitchen allows you to enjoy slow breakfasts and homemade lunches. Literally equipped with every utensil and cookware, it’s perfect for longer stays without ever feeling like something is missing. 🛋️ LIVING ROOM The comfortable double sofa bed invites relaxation after a day of exploring. A second opening offers picturesque glimpses of the surrounding landscape. The Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Rai Play completes the space for entertainment. Light walls and thoughtful details create a relaxing and familiar environment. 🛏️ MASTER BEDROOM The Queen Size bed crowns this oasis of tranquility with views of Maraldi Castle and the old village. Every step is designed to ensure maximum independence and convenience. The accommodation has a private parking space located a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The parking is reserved exclusively for guests and is included in the stay, especially convenient during high season when parking spaces in the village are limited. - Free street parking is available. Please note that you will need to walk along a 30-metre village lane with steps to reach the building entrance. - The apartment is accessed via a discreet, well-lit communal staircase. Once you open the apartment door, you will find a second internal, steep staircase, a characteristic feature of these historic villages. - For safety reasons, the internal staircase is equipped with a securely fixed handrail on the left and an LED light on the right, providing full illumination. - There is also a safety light with a motion sensor in the hallway connecting the living area, bathroom and bedroom. - We are also working on installing a safety gate to prevent falls.
