While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular fumigation to prevent pests. ※ A security deposit of A$350 is required before your arrival. ※ Check-in details will be provided only after the security deposit has been paid. ※ Management reserves the right to request ID from all guests for security purposes prior to check-in. ※ Standard Setup: 2 Double beds & 2 Single beds for 6 guests. ※ Extra linen is available for A$45. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival. ※ Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbors. ※ Attention: Strictly NO PARTIES. Complaints will be reported to the 24/7 on-site manager. ※ Cooking oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. ※ Booking Changes and Options: The rebooking fee will be waived if you extend your check-out date, provided the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are permitted once the reservation has started. - For changes within 7 days of check-in, no modifications are allowed. - For changes made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a A$100 service fee will apply. - For changes made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a A$50 service fee will apply. - Changes made more than 30 days before check-in are free of charge.
