The space Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a freshly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, 3 comfortable bedrooms (4 beds total), a cozy living and dining area, a breezy front balcony, and a private backyard complete with a dedicated chill spot and an outdoor shower. Accessibility Note: While the front entrance has three steps leading to the balcony, there is a secure ramp at the back entrance for easy accessibility. Nature & Environment: Because we are located in a beautiful, authentic tropical coastal environment, you may occasionally see small native local wildlife like soil crabs, or seasonal insects (like ants or bees). Please rest assured that we maintain regular professional pest control to keep the interior perfectly comfortable! Guest access Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire house and backyard. The ocean is just steps away, right across our quiet beachfront street! For Your Enjoyment, We Provide: • 6 Umbrella / Beach chairs & 1 cooler • Kids' beach toys • Selection of books • 2 Hammocks (stored in a basket in the living room, ready to be hung on the left-side patio wall hooks!)" Other things to note Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. It is allowed exclusively outside on the balcony or in the yard. A $100 specialized cleaning fee will be applied if smoking occurs indoors. Water & Power: Like much of Puerto Rico, occasional interruptions to essential municipal services (water and electricity) can occur due to weather or infrastructure maintenance. These events are completely out of our control, and refunds are not issued, but we are always a quick text away to assist you! Property Security: The property is fully fenced with a secure locking gate. For your peace of mind and safety, we feature two exterior security cameras monitoring the front and back entrances only.
