Apartment Hochberg at House Gutwenger

Apartment Hochberg: Our comfortably furnished holiday apartment, Hochbergg, is located on the first floor of our farmhouse and has been lovingly furnished with plenty of local spruce wood in the Villgraten architectural style. The apartment offers two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster), and a bathroom. Furthermore, there is a spacious west-facing balcony, offering an excellent place to relax at the end of the day. Electricity, garbage disposal fees, and wastewater treatment are included in the price. Telephone usage is charged according to the tariff and meter. Welcome to our Gutwenger Apartment House – on the sunny Hochberg, in a secluded location in the picturesque Villgratental Valley, surrounded by the Dolomites. Choose from generously equipped apartments for 2 to 7 people, some with 2 bedrooms. Innervillgraten lies in the inner part of the Villgratental, which branches off from the Pustertal Valley. The western and southern municipal borders also mark the border with South Tyrol. Innervillgraten is one of the last largely untouched places in the Alps. There is no ski lift, no mass-produced restaurants, no quirky farmhouse architecture hiding thousands of guest beds, and no mass attractions. All our guests have access to our free, fast Wi-Fi. In winter, we also offer a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. In the morning, you can fortify yourself with a traditional breakfast featuring products from our own farm and beekeeping. Children are sure to have fun in the playground and with the animals on our small, idyllic farm. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails run right past the house. Our farm's very sunny location is a great advantage; especially in winter, you can enjoy a sunbath on the balcony after a ski tour. Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and departure from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
