It has a wonderful private terrace of the same size as the house, equipped with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining, moments of relaxation and outdoor games. The central location allows you to easily reach the sea, shops and the main attractions of the village on foot. With 8 beds, it is perfect for large families or two families. The rooms are large, bright and well distributed, offering an ideal solution for those seeking comfort and functionality on holiday. The entrance leads to a living room furnished with two comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), a large dining table and an LCD TV. From the living room you can directly access the terrace, the real strong point of the house, also ideal for enjoying the winter sun. The kitchen, separate and well equipped, has everything you need: oven, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, moka and an exit to a dedicated area of the terrace, perfect for breakfasts and dinners outdoors under a canopy awning. The sleeping area includes three tastefully furnished double bedrooms, and two complete bathrooms with shower, accessories and modern finishes. The apartment is air conditioned (hot/cold), equipped with free Wi-Fi and LCD TV. There is also a washing machine, iron, mosquito nets and a play corner for children. From there you will receive all the instructions to access the villa. For those arriving by public transport, it is possible to reach the house directly. Self check-in is also available, to be agreed upon according to needs.
