Cabin in the woods

This small all-wood chalet welcomes you in a 3 hectare park. A playground is to be shared with the 2 other chalets on the property (50 m and independently oriented for the largest (8 people) and 15-20 m for the second (5 people). Made for a family or small group of friends (the bunk bed does not support heavy weights). Ideal for relaxing in the woods and in direct connection with nature and the animals that come around the cottage. The space The chalet is composed of a main room with the double bed (sofa bed) and a bedroom with 1 bunk bed, a dining area and kitchen (stove (oven and glass-ceramic hobs), kettle, Senseo, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, raclette machine, fondue machine (provide alcohol to burn), and a shower room area (let me know for the installation of a changing table as well as an umbrella bed) all on a plot of 3 hectares surrounded by woods. Please let me know if you'd like the travel cot and changing table. The land is composed of 3 chalets 50 m from the largest and 15-20 m from the second, each with private parking for several cars (1 parking space for the large chalet and one parking space for the 2 small chalets). All the chalets are rentable on this site. You will be parked 50m from the chalet in a limestone parking lot. A cart is available for the 2 small cottages to bring things. The playground is common with the other cottages. A project on the site with the other cottages please let me know! You are in the forest, ants are often present… products are provided to limit the invasion but at certain times they return in numbers… Internet television only. Air conditioning that also provides heating has been installed for your comfort. Please be quiet and do not make noise outside from 11:30 p.m. at the latest. Dogs must be declared when booking and kept on a leash (wild animals on site). There is a hiking trail along the property where you can let them run around without any problems! Do not roll on the grass. Despite the forest fires that occurred in mid-July (the chalets were not affected at all), the forest remains accessible on Buthiers, and when the forest is reopened, we will be able to direct you to hiking and climbing spots. Don't hesitate to ask me Guest access The accommodation is entirely dedicated to your rental, the children's play area is shared only. I will welcome you, but if I am not available, there is a lockbox for which I will provide the code before your arrival. Any visit by an outsider is subject to authorization. The access road is a communal limestone road poorly maintained by the municipality, there may be holes, you need to drive slowly. Other things to note Ants may visit you and products are provided to make their presence less invasive! The TV, internet connection, and air conditioning were installed in October 2025. The air conditioning that also provides heating was installed in January for your comfort. Coming soon, the terrace! In the meantime, a bucolic setting in the grass awaits you for relaxation and meals. Possibility to rent a crash pad if available.
