We cannot guarantee spare key delivery- subject to our availability at the time. Emergency locksmith services will be the guest's responsibility and cost. Please ensure that the TV remote and air conditioner remotes are not removed from the property, and you will be charged at replacement cost if found missing upon checkout. * When checking out, please ensure that the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition.
