The space The Chapel House is ideally located just two blocks from downtown Prescott and the confluence of the Mississippi and St. Croix rivers. The open layout and unique rooms provide an inviting space for gathering with friends or family and an unparalleled backdrop for photos. A park with pickleball and tennis courts is just across the street. Unit 1 is approximately 1900 sq. ft. and has a great room with vaulted ceilings and multiple stained glass windows. The kitchen has a cozy breakfast nook and there is seating for 10 at the dining table. Sleeping accommodations include: the Sanctuary (1 King bed/TV); the Alter Loft (2 Queen beds, upstairs loft); the Confessional (1 Twin bed); the Choir Loft (2 Twin beds). Bathrooms include 1 full and 1 half on main level, 1 half upstairs loft. There is laundry off the kitchen. The outdoor patio includes a fire pit and gas grill. Unit 2 is approximately 1400 sq. ft. and includes a large open living room with a TV and ample seating. The kitchen includes a center island with bar stool seating. Sleeping accommodations include Guest-room 1 (1 King bed) and the bunk room (1 Queen/Twin bunkbed and 1 Twin bed). Bathrooms include 1 three-quarter and 1 half bath. Guest access This listing is for both units and includes access and use to the yard, shed (extra outdoor chairs) and parking lot (approximately 10 spaces). The garage will not be able to be accessed by guests. Other things to note Please have all guests review the house rules (binder located in unit 1 kitchen area) upon arrival. A couple of important notes: Please use 2 ply toilet paper provided by homeowner (no wipes or feminine products allowed) no smoking or animals allowed.
